Hello EncourageHERs!
I am so excited that you have responded to the invitation to join me as an EncouragerHER. Each year during the month of May, I give myself to an intensive time of encouraging women to release. It's a call to let go of pain, pressure, stress, anxiety, worry, fear, and the list goes on and on. The month of May serves as our month of freedom, releasing, rejoicing, and refueling. This year, It's my desire to encourage more women. My Coach often says, “More of anything means more of everything.” In the book of Exodus, Jethro, Moses’ Father-in-law, after observing how Moses was handling the care of the Children of Israel, encouraged him to select capable men to help him. It was too much for him to do alone. Jethro was concerned about Moses’ longevity, his burning out, and his effectiveness. So that he would last, Jethro encouraged Moses to get some help! Because the assignment of encouraging women has increased, I realize I cannot effectively complete this assignment alone. Can I be honest Sis? I don’t want to do it alone. Here, in A Woman Worth Holding Onto Global, we are, “Relational, Relatable, Real.” We are not lone rangers. We are connected. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NLT says, “9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. 11 Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? 12 A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.” As we come together to lift and EncourageHER, we will be strengthened through the collective support and strength of other EncourageHERs. I am in great expectation of what the Father is going to accomplish through each of us individually and collectively as we unite to EncourageHERs across the globe.

EncourageHer Preparation Itinerary
One of our many mottos is, “Preparation before Presentation”. Before we present publicly, we prepare privately. The oversight of A Woman Worth Holding Onto Global is not a light thing. I take very seriously the trust the Father has placed in me to oversee ministry to each one of the A Woman Worth Holding Onto Global community members. I remember when my husband was called to pastor 20 years ago. I was 36 years old. The majority of the congregation was older than us. A small demographic was our age and an even smaller demographic was comprised of the youth. As in many churches, the majority of the membership was women. I was raised in Church, and am also a Pastor's daughter, so I knew Church, I knew First Family, but I had no idea of the expectations of the Pastor’s wife until we were serving in that assignment. Talk about feeling ill-equipped and unprepared. Whew!!! So that I could better serve those the Father had assigned us during that season, I enrolled in Biblical Counseling courses with a specialty focus on women. This program Counseled me Biblically as I prepared to help other women. Another one of our mottos is, “First in us and then through us!” We can't give what we don't have, and we don't believe that the children of God should be used as guinea pigs to test principles we haven't first applied and tried in our personal lives. For this reason, before showing up as EncouragerHERs, we will engage in a three-part Zoom preparation session. During this session, you will receive:
Part One: Pre-Care - This session will serve to encourage, and empower you.
Part Two: Prepare - This session will serve to equip you with the tools needed to fulfill your role as an EncourageHER.
Part Three: Pre-share - This session will provide each EncourageHER with an opportunity to practice what she will share on her designated day as an EncourageHER.
We have also allocated time to get acquainted with one another during each Session. Our familiarity and connection with each other will serve to enhance our time serving as EncourageHERs.
Above is a list of EncourageHER Preparation dates. Please make note, and prioritize being present. This is a required training for each EncourageHER.

This Session is unlike any other Session we have hosted. 31 different women, diverse age groups, with varied experiences coming together to EncourageHERs around the globe. I am overwhelmed with joy just thinking about the lives we are going to impact together. When you completed your EncourageHER Interest Form, you either selected with Book Compilation or without. Above is a description of each option, allow me to share a little more below:

After receiving your completed template to be included in the EncourageHER Compilation Book, we will have your submission professionally edited and prepared for publication.
Personal Flyer Creation
Not only will you be included in our general flyer for our EncourageHER gatherings; you will also receive your own personal flyer created for your sharing.
This flyer announces your contribution to the EncourageHER Compilation Book and your participation in the EncourageHER gatherings.
The EncourageHER T-Shirt
This T-Shirt is a part of our Evangel Ware line. Yep! We have another motto, “We Wear It To Share It!” Our goal is two-fold.
We are wearing our EncourageHER T-Shirts to keep before the Community our goal for the month. It sends a clear message that we are united in our efforts and on the same page.
Next, wearing this T-Shirt draws attention to our area of focus and presents opportunities to engage and EncourageHERs we encounter.
The EncourageHER Compilation Book
This book, filled with prayers and encouragement, is one of the tools we will use during our EncourageHER gatherings.
Our voices, the spirit in which this Compilation Book is being written, will impact the lives of those who read it far beyond our gatherings. It's our way of remaining with, walking with those we don't see physically, but have the privilege of touching through this sharing tool we will use during our EncourageHER gatherings.
